The furnished apartments are offered at the liberalised market and are rented for at least two months. The rental includes the gas, water and electricity supplies. Also cable TV, a parking lot, WiFi and service costs are included in the rental price.<\/p>\n

Many of our tenants are foreign people working on projects in and around the region in need of\u00a0 temporary housing. But also students, divorced people find here a temporary place to stay.<\/p>\n
